What we do
This site tells you about our gorgeous electric milk float, “Oat Float” and how you can buy top quality unpackaged food and other household essentials from it.
Our agreement with you
These Terms, and the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy referred to in them also form part of our agreement with you in connection with your use of this site. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Do I need to create an account?
You don’t need to open an account if you just want to visit us at one of our regular stops.
That said, if you do create an account, you'll be able to track your bookings and orders, and being logged in will mean some fields are pre-populated when you fill in forms etc.

How do I create an account?
To create an account please go to Sign Up on the top of the home page and provide your name, e-mail address, address and a password.

You must make sure that all the information you provide when you register with the site is true, accurate, current and complete. If you change any of your registration details (e.g. email address) please update your account.

To help us maintain the security of the site, you must keep your registration details confidential. If you become aware of any misuse or unauthorised use of your registration details, then you must inform us immediately by sending us an email at hello@oatfloat.com.

If you breach, or we reasonably believe that you will breach these Terms, we may terminate or suspend your registration and/or access to the site.

You can close your account at any time as long as you do not have any outstanding bookings.
​
We reserve the right to delete your account and any personal data or other information associated with your use of the site if there is no activity on your account for more than 36 consecutive months.
BUYING FROM US
Our products
Please click on Our Products to find out about what we sell and at what price.
We have made every effort to describe as accurately as possible the products we make available on the Oat Float. However, our products may vary slightly from those descriptions, especially those products that are handcrafted.
All products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may at our discretion limit the quantities of products (particularly any products on special offer) supplied to any customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardises availability for other customers.
How do I buy from you?
Please click on Shop Oat Float for a description of how to buy from us. If you decide to buy any of our products, you will pay us at the Oat Float. We take payment in all usual forms.
Dietary requirements
If you have any dietary requirements, please make the staff serving you at the Oat Float aware. As our staff are working in a busy environment, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination, but we can confirm that our staff will follow the correct procedures to minimise any problems with contamination.
Prices and payment
Prices are as quoted on the Our Products page. You’ll also find our prices on the containers on the Oat Float. Our prices may change from time to time.
Prices include any applicable VAT.
We don’t apply any charges for delivery.
